Campus police said Friday they are looking for a suspect who reportedly stalked a female student throughout the day on Thursday.

A police report described the suspect as a bald or short-haired black male between 20 and 30 who is approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall. 

The subject was wearing a dark blue hoodie with a “large Under Armour logo on the front,” gray pants and white sneakers, according to police.

The student reported the incident after rejecting the suspect multiple times when he  “inquired about her studies and would she be interested in socializing.”

Campus police asked anyone with information to call 410-777-1818.

On Oct. 6, campus police said they identified the suspect and after an “in-depth interview,” they concluded the subject had “no intent to criminally stalk the student.”

“The subject has been counselled on this matter and Public Safety & Police do not believe the subject presents a threat to the college community,” campus police said.
